Empowering the Next Generation of Leaders | UCL Future Leaders Forum 2026
The UCL Future Leaders Forum 2026 brought together school prefects and student leaders for an inspiring leadership experience at UCL Rajagiriya. Organised by Universal College Lanka (UCL) in collaboration with Monash College, the forum featured interactive leadership activities, engaging discussions, and collaborative learning sessions that empowered participants to build confidence, develop essential leadership skills, and broaden their perspectives.
Every participant received an official Certificate of Participation from Monash College, making the event a memorable milestone in their leadership journey.
Students from Gateway International School, Ethos International School, Ananda College, Amal International School, Mattumagala Roman Catholic College, Royal College, Lakeland Inter-American School, St. Mary’s Balika Maha Vidyalaya, President’s College Kotte, Bishop’s College, St. Joseph’s College, Ladies’ College, and Hewavitharana Maha Vidyalaya were participated.
