UCL–Monash LeaderRise 2025 Grand Finale

UCL Sri Lanka proudly concluded the UCL–Monash LeaderRise 2025 competition on 29th October at the UCL Rajagiriya, celebrating 10 years of partnership between UCL and Monash College.
The event was graced by distinguished guests — Fabian Marrone, Vice-President (Marketing, Admissions & Communications), Monash University and CEO of Monash College; Tanya Perera, Executive Director – Pathways Partnerships, Monash College; Tram Nguyen, Director of Marketing, Monash College; Dr. Chamila Ariyananda, CEO of UCL; and Dr. Dhananjay Kulkarny, Provost of UCL — in collaboration with Chokolaate.
Leading shortlisted schools including Gateway College Negombo, Buddhist Ladies College, Iman Academy, Ilma International Girls School, St Bridgets Convent, and Belvoir College International were recognized for their outstanding leadership projects.
The occasion celebrated innovation, teamwork, and the spirit of leadership among Sri Lanka’s youth — a proud milestone marking UCL and Monash College’s shared commitment to nurturing future-ready global leaders.
