An inspiring Career Guidance Session by Dr Zameer Careem at Bizconnect’26, organized by Interact District 3220 together with the Interact Clubs of St. Bridget’s Convent, St. Peter’s College, St. Joseph’s College, Zahira College, Mahanama College, Dharmaraja College, Maliyadeva College, and Wycherley International School.
During the session, Dr. Careem introduced students to the Ikigai Model, helping them understand how to discover the intersection between what they love, what they are good at, what the world needs, and what they can be paid for. The session encouraged students to reflect on their passions and align them with meaningful career paths.
