Virginia Perera has more than 18 years of experience teaching adult learners in higher education and military education settings, including teaching English to Navy personnel. She specialises in linguistics, psychology and English language education, and is CELTA-certified.
She has extensive experience in English language proficiency and international examination preparation, including IELTS, PTE and OET, supporting learners from a wide range of academic, professional and cultural backgrounds.
My teaching approach is firmly rooted in student-centered learning, with a focus on creating engaging, inclusive, and supportive classroom environments.
