Dr. Zoe Morris, Lecturer in the Faculty of Education at Monash University visited UCL on 7th March 2019, to conduct an interactive workshop for students on Career Choices and Career Satisfaction. As many as 50 students participated, and benefited from the views and advice from an expert, Dr. Zoe who is herself a Masters and PhD graduate from the Faculty of Education at Monash University. The workshop included assessing personal strengths, profiling the type of jobs suited as per the personality traits and a discussion on the role and responsibilities of the matching job categories. The speaker presented varies real life examples, pitfalls, and success stories to inspire the students. Knowing their strengths and personality traits, the students would now be able to choose appropriate study paths, plan their careers and focus their future skill development in areas that would lead to successful and satisfying careers.
